These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.advisorymonks.io and the services provided by Advisory Monks Consulting. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Advisory Monks Consulting provides US tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, virtual CFO, entity formation, and related financial services. Service scope is defined in your engagement agreement or selected plan.
2. Engagement & Plans
Services are provided on a monthly retainer basis. Your selected plan determines the scope of services included. Additional services outside plan scope will be quoted separately and require written approval.
3. Client Obligations
To receive our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information and documents
- Review and approve deliverables (tax returns, reports) in a timely manner
- Keep the contact details we hold for you up to date
- Notify us promptly of material changes to your business
4. Payment Terms
Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. Annual plans are billed annually in advance at a 20% discount. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. Overdue accounts may result in service suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, templates, and working papers developed by Advisory Monks Consulting remain our intellectual property. Final deliverables (tax returns, financial statements) are your property upon full payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
Advisory Monks Consulting's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our advice is based on information provided by you — we are not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate information.
7. IRS Correspondence Assistance
All Foundations, Command, and Enterprise plans include assistance with routine IRS correspondence. If you are audited, we help you organize and prepare your documents and coordinate with your licensed representative (CPA, EA, or attorney).
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements. We do not disclose client information except as required by law or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
