Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — all plans are available at 20% off when paid annually upfront. For example, the Command Plan drops from $5,000/mo to $4,000/mo, saving you $12,000 per year. Unused months are refunded pro-rata if you cancel.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We refund unused time upon cancellation. For monthly plans, if you cancel mid-month, we pro-rate the refund. For annual plans, we refund the unused months in full. No cancellation penalties.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time — the difference is pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Our team will help you choose the right plan as your business grows.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No hidden fees, ever. Onboarding is included in all plans. If you have catch-up bookkeeping needs (more than 6 months behind), we'll discuss a one-time cleanup fee upfront, transparently.

How does online payment work?
We're setting up our secure online payment portal (via Stripe) which will support credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. In the meantime, we invoice via email with wire transfer instructions.
