Refund & Cancellation Policy

Advisory Monks Consulting is committed to transparent, fair billing. We believe in earning your business every month — which is why we offer a clear, no-penalty cancellation process and pro-rated refunds.

1. Monthly Plans — Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly plan at any time by notifying us in writing at [email protected] or through your client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

2. Monthly Plans — Refund

If you cancel mid-month, we calculate a pro-rated refund for unused days. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Note: months in which substantive work has been commenced (e.g., a tax return has been started) are not eligible for partial refund.

3. Annual Plans — Cancellation

Annual plans may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation of an annual plan, we will refund the unused complete months remaining in your plan. For example, if you cancel after 3 months of a 12-month plan, you receive a refund for 9 months.

4. Annual Plans — Refund

Annual plan refunds are calculated based on unused full months only (partial months are not refunded). Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days.

5. One-Time Service Fees

One-time fees for entity formation, catch-up bookkeeping, or similar services are non-refundable once work has commenced. We will provide a clear scope and quote before commencing work.

6. Free Consultation

Free consultations carry no obligation whatsoever. If you book a consultation and decide not to proceed, there is no charge or cancellation process required.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been incorrectly billed or are dissatisfied with a refund calculation, please contact [email protected] within 30 days. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your name, company, plan, and reason for cancellation. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and process your refund promptly.

We will always refund unused time upon cancellation. No questions asked, no penalties. We'd rather earn your loyalty than lock you in.
