### Connect Your Accounts
We securely connect to your bank accounts, credit cards, and payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square). Read-only access — your money stays in your hands.

### Weekly Categorization
Transactions are reviewed and categorized weekly (not monthly). This catches issues early and ensures month-end close is smooth and fast.

### Month-End Close
By the 1st of each month, we complete bank reconciliation, review accruals, and prepare your financial package. Any questions are resolved before delivery.

### Reports Delivered by the 5th
Your P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement land in your inbox by the 5th business day of each month, every month. No chasing, no excuses.
